The fact is that the #MeToo proponents vocally demanded prosecutors take actions which the highest court in Pennsylvania has now ruled violated constitutional due process. The claim that the court’s ruling was based on a “technicality” is aimed at covering up this embarrassing fact which exposes the right-wing character of the #MeToo initiative.

Once again, there's a difference between committing a crime, and being found guilty. No one has questioned the former, but it's the right-wingers in the #metoo movement that cannot understand that the latter involves that 'technicality' called due process. If the state turns around in its rush to convict someone by violating the accused's right to due process, then they will eventually walk free, even if they committed a crime.
But these #metoo-ers are unable to look themselves in the mirror and accept that.
