Private land deals? Remodeling Key Arena?

Lotsa talk.

"The Seattle Mayor's Office announced Wednesday it would open up a Request For Proposal (RFP) process on KeyArena. It followed an offer from Chris Hansen and his SoDo arena investment group to build his project without public funds."

Rocking hard all the way to the very end - > Thank you Cliff.

October 2016 - the defining moment when our species failed to save itself from itself.

Global Warming has been completely ignored in the 2016 US Presidential Election by the establishment media.

This will be remembered as the month when stupidity and ignorance reigned supreme over fact and responsibility.

Or as Peter Dykstra call it, the 'oh crap' moment.

How - you may ask?

The decision by news organizations—particularly TV news—to flee from informing the public in favor of holding their attention through fear or diversion isn’t the only reason that things have gone downhill. But it’s a major reason. Our collective attention span for serious issues is so small it can no longer be seen by the naked eye. The way the news is delivered, particularly on television, enables this.

When debates veer off into petty conflict, and literally he-said/she-said combat, two entities benefit: network ratings and candidates who don’t bother to prepare for substantive questions.

Our nation is already paying. A few decades from now, when the realities of climate change have hushed even the loudest, densest deniers, we may look back on October 2016 as the month political journalism died because we couldn’t bring ourselves to have a serious national conversation on topics that affect our lives.
When a society fails to have any sort of public, national, honest discussion about the issue that will affect us all - and very soon - and that same society fails to produce any leaders that will address it (or worse, we're all so taken in my an establishment so bent on keeping people randomized, confused, such that they've set up a fake race between a fake Democrat (law-breaker Hillary Clinton) and a fake Republican (Trump - who's running only because said Establishment arranged it so Clinton can win)), what else can one do?

The Global Establishment is what wins in this 2016 US Presidential Election. Which means the rest of us lose.

The 2016 US Presidential Election - stolen from the American voter by the Establishment

"In anticipation of the final presidential debate, it is instructive to recall the primaries in which 11 of 26 exit polls discrepancies exceeded the margin of error – a 1 in 77 billion probability. The Wikileaks documents provide confirmation that the primaries were rigged against Sanders."

The Snowden Cycle: Assert vs. Fact - the establishment doens't want you to do either.

Especially when it comes to someone who is quite possibly more corrupt that George W. Bush.

Something doesn’t have to be shocking or surprising to be newsworthy, much less objectionable. Indeed, the routine banality of Clinton and her aides colluding with the DNC to undermine Sanders, and cozying up to Wall Street, makes it more consequential, not less. The “why is this shocking?” tic is a rhetorical gimmick meant to downplay revelations that, while perhaps assumed, had heretofore not been backed by specific evidence.
This is what we’ve called the Snowden Cycle (FAIR.org, 7/24/16)—a PR trick employed by those attempting to downplay the NSA revelations in 2013. Obviously, this situation is different, but the spin is the same: Claims of illegal surveillance were either ignored or dismissed as conspiracy theories, then, when the NSA leaks documented widespread domestic spying and unconstitutional overreach, the response from the same pundits was, “Yawn, we already knew that.”
But we didn’t really know that, we simply assumed that, and there’s a world of difference between the two. The fact that Clinton is cozy with much of the press, told climate change activists to “get a life,” and touted TPP in front of Goldman Sachs despite going on to oppose it in public may have been assumed, but now it’s something we know to be true. This, on its face, is significant.

More 'participating in a riot' bullshit in North Dakota.

Filming Native Americans being violently attacked as they defend their land is not rioting, it’s called journalism, it is protected by the First Amendment, and indeed, it is an essential function in a democratic society.
