If you're calling to see if I'm a good fit for a position, you should make the call about me.
And by that I mean, don't start asking me if some of my friends would be interested just because I point out some challenges in me taking interest in the role you're offering. After all, you're calling me about me and this opportunity.
Don't waste my time trying to get names of people without any real compensation - got it?
