I always suspected Malcolm Young's guitar sound was much thicker on Flick Of The Switch (and the previous For Those About To Rock tour). I always suspected from reading guitar magazine interviews around that time that he was using a customized Marshall 2000 series 200 Watt amp.

To me, it was their last really great sounding record (Okay The Razor's Edge didn't sound bad).
