How about their code jockeys wrote really poor quality code that - thanks to firing a bunch of key people - was likely run through 'automation' (i.e. more software) instead of actually being tested by thinking human beings.
When are those who bow at the altar of code going to get bitch-slapped into reality and learn that software isn't alive and doesn't think?
