In case you're wondering, they all aren't some giant monolith that moves in lockstep with itself.

Rather, it's more like high-school cliques, or gangs, over government agencies.

1. The psychopaths in the West are permanently removed from power, along with those systems replaced by one placing the needs of the majority over all else.
2. The West collapses.
3. Some combination of 1. and 2.
