You know, if I go to a Pharmacy and they (honestly) tell me how long it takes to fill a prescription, I can make reasonable decisions on how I want to proceed.
I could choose to wait.
I could choose to go home and come back later.
I could choose to get my prescription filled somewhere else.
But in all cases, it's my choice.
But when you're dishonest about such things (like saying 'it'll take 15 minutes', when it's really 50; and then don't bother to even try offering a reasonable explanation or show any other plausible form of accountability), and then be all arrogant and smug about (in a store that had > 5 people working the pharmacy and < 3 cars go through the drive-thru), you are effectively taking my right to choose and wasting my time.
That's a mistake.
So dear readers, don't waste your time at Rite-Aid. They waste your time and they don't care. They arrogantly expect you'll take it and come back.
Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.
