I like women with clean fingernails and toenails. Something about nail paint/polish I find very frivolous and trivial - the more elaborate or 'loud' the color, the more high-maintenance I find a woman is.

On top of that, most of the colors I see generally never fit the skin tone - revealing an additional lack of fashion sense.

But really, clean fingers and toes; and clean fingernails and toenails - I respect that on a woman.
